The two were a delightful and charmimg couple in their old age, like characters from a page of Dickens. To listen to thheir fine diction with their quiet, precise demeanor was a treat. He kept a fine stable of horses for hire and was also an undertaker. Eliza kept house for her brother and was exquisite in her personality, a Dresden china doll lady.'
